DETAILS OF QUALITY CONTROL
   We have got full-fledged laboratory in our factory to carry out all the test as per Indian, British, ASTM & customer specification for the range of products manufactured by us.

   All raw materials are tested and approved before using to the production department. Each and every batch of processed compound, semi processed materials and finished products are tested in our laboratory.

   Only after satisfactory performance of each batch of materials the same are released. Every batch of processed compound is given separate tags and kept separately stacked. So that no confusion is made by the department concerned. While putting these materials into production, our supervisory staff watches every item which is manufactured. No materials are sent outside the factory unless it is passed by the quality assurance department and/or passed by the inspector of the customer.
